Say hello to the Nyoka Light Wand!
A carbon-sequestering, compostable, non-toxic, Glow Stick powered with bioluminescence.
HOW IT WORKS
PUTS CARBON BACK IN THE Soil!
Help sequester carbon and improve soil health with biochar!!
Made from seaweed #veganaf
Powered with Bioluminescence

(JK, bioluminescence does well with heavy bass)
Your Mission STarts HERE
(ACTUAL) STEP 1. Fill Light Wand with water and seal it with reusable cap.
STEP 2. Puncture top and shake - check out that reaction!
STEP 3. (Optional but highly recommended) Turn up the music, turn off the lights, and wave that Light Wand around!
STEP 4. Once glow has diminished, remove the Wand.
We ask that you bury the used Wand as a Service to the Earth.
STEP 5. Repeat as often as desired.
DId you know?
OVER 100 MILLION PLASTIC GLOW STICKS ARE THROWN OUT EVERY YEAR.
Glow sticks contribute to plastic and toxic waste globally, and leach carcinogenic chemicals including dibutyl phthalate. Often glow sticks are not disposed of properly, becoming unmanaged waste that ends up in rivers, streams, and the ocean.
We care, WHICH IS WHY THE LIGHT WAND IS DESIGNED TO Degrade RIGHT WHERE IT LANDS, WheTHER THAT'S IN A COMPOST, GARBAGE, OR FESTIVAL GROUNDS.
Beyond Plastic- Free
Plastic is over! Nyoka, along with other innovative brands, are pushing the boundaries of what ecologically-minded businesses can achieve. Every innovation is created by passionate people who are putting their lives towards creating a better future. We are setting the new precedence of what sustainable business can do, and we want to bring you with us!
We Do It Better
- Every Nyoka Light Wand contains a carbon-sequestering 'bio-plug' which is literally carbon itself, and has a compound effect on carbon sequestration by improving soil health. ie. the first glowing, soil-healing, prebiotic, microbe-bomb you can party with!
- The Nyoka Light Wand uses seaweed and algae based materials, which naturally degrade in the ocean and on land. Most 'biodegradable plastics' on the market actually require temperatures of >40°C to degrade, otherwise they simply break into tiny microplastics that are equally as harmful as regular plastic waste.
- We work with key conservation groups to help preserve the rare and beautiful bioluminescent bays, lagoons, caves, and termite mounds (oh ya!) that exist in hidden pockets of the world. These ecosystems are uniquely at risk in the face of climate change, encroaching development, and light pollution. We currently help manage www.biobayinfo.com alongside the Vieques Conservation and Historical Trust. Check it out for more info!
- Ps. Our packaging is compostable too!
